Southern Dental Laboratories use quality products from a range of specially selected suppliers to ensure the product we make are of the highest standard.
We use Yamahachi teeth in all our NHS work.
Natura teeth will be used for Private customers unless other manufacturers are requested. Please use the Vita Shade guide for reference.
Vitallium metal structures have a one year guarantee, however this excludes damage caused by misuse of the structure.
Conditions
Any work that has not progressed within six months will be invoiced at this time.
Please inform us of any patients with infectious diseases or medical conditions that may affect our work so that we can take the necessary precautions.
Terms of payment
We ask that our customers adhere to our 30-day payment terms. Overdue accounts may incur a surcharge of 6.5%.
Remake policy
To ensure and accurate service we duplicate all partial special tray models.
This is to enable us to give your clients an accurate fitting appliance based on the impressions we are given.
